GD,

Yep should be a good game today.

If SF can run down the middle, it could be trouble for Bucs (SF won't run outside). Bucs need hurries on the QB early and often. They need 2 turnovers.

SF needs to hit quick slants over the middle, play action draws, and a test or two of Kelly in the corner. Reverses and screens don't usually work against the Bucs. Defense in most vulnerable in the first two series, it wouldn't surprise me to see an early SF lead.

On offense, Bucs need to give Johnson just enough time, not easy with their line. Johnson is accurate, the receiver catch the ball, but don't get extra yards. No turn-overs, hope Johnson isn't rusty, and doesn't take a hit in the back.

Almost perfect weather for Football, 60 degrees, partly cloudy, 10-15 mph wind. RJS will be rockin'.

If they win, I would rather play anyone anywhere than Phil in Phil. They match up really well against the Bucs. I don't think the Bucs will lay down like the Dungy teams, the one thing Gruden has brought (besides better WR's) in a better attitude/work ethic.

BTW, I was at the infamous Fog Bowl game in Chicago. My season seats were ~ 43 yard line, but all the way up top, couldn't see two rows in front of me, much less the game. Still, one of the most funs games I've ever "seen", that says it for the playoffs. (to give you an idea of how long I've been going to football games, I was at the 1963 Bears - Giants Championship game at Wrigley Field).
