You could always give up an afternoon of tree-hugging, Dave, and send a registered letter requesting that to both the head of RJT and the chief Bozo at TDW. That's the only way any of us usually accomplish getting these things done. No sense mucking about with ineffectual middle management peons, aye. I harassed the stink out of TDW when the took over RJT about the old $5/trade fee - which I hope helped hold the line at $9.95. If you don't "..squawk.." effectively, nobody knows you're there - usually due to middle management's hide-&-do-nothing insulation. I helped prove my "..keep the fee low.." point by including postings on all the stock BBSs I could find to show how quickly TDW's potential greed could be broadly disclosed to the people who were WWW-connected to RJT.
