It'll make money, not cost money. I'll sell the electricity generated to the national grid. Or maybe use it to produce hydrogen from water for fuel cells for transport. I'll sell the gold to the Aztecs. The raw material will be cheap [the mercury in batteries and teeth should do as feedstock].

No more mercury environmental damage and disposal costs. Fish will be edible right up the food chain.
