Of course it makes complete sense and is most objectively apparent. And your purposeful ignorance of it does not alter its incontrovertible truthfulness. The very existence of the thing you change yet depends upon a half male/half female fundamental identity. All you do is take the thing and alter it. If it is yet interbreeding humanity despite your alteration, then it self-evidently has a heterosexual human identity. If your change creates something that is not interbreeding humanity, then your point still dies. You lose even at this most theoretical level. You must create an interbreeding human from scratch, without the male/female identity to make your case. It is a thing you cannot do.
