GD, re: Dungy/Gruden Yes Tampa is a better team under Gruden. But let me make a point. Tampa Bay may have been a better community under Dungy. Mr. Dungy is a complete class act. He turned players who could have been complete ass-oles, into folks that spent a considerable amount of their time contributing to the community. My WAG, the Bucs players spend more time and dollars, on local charities, than any other team. And I think that all goes back to Dungy. Then you take that VALUE to the community, the role model, especially from a black man, and you figure Dungy always made the playoffs (and lost), and you have to wonder, is the Super Bowl more important???? I'll let others make that value judgement. I really like to win. John
