I didn't agree with the two back to back roughness penalties against the Bucks in the first half. The first he just let go while they were spinning and the second was a bump during getting untangled. The Niner's should have waved the two off sides during the Buck's kicks. That aside the Niner's didn't have enough defensive players left to hold Tampa.
