Well it makes sense that after the public gets cleaned out chasing stocks up a pole, buying all the way down and selling at the bottom... they'll now chase bonds (since they did so well LAST year) so they'll have an opportunity to get cleaned out there as well.

Meanwhile this little old lady made money buying the stocks they threw away cheap as well as selling them bonds at the top. You can't keep the public from losing money chasing the last best thing, they always do this. Fear and greed rules the public action.
