You're right, it'd never happen here. We'd do the reverse, we'd give 'em all the needle all at once.<g>

In the Texas State Legislature this go round, in both the House and Senate the majority is Republican, and both the Governor and Lt. Governor are Republicans. I don't think it's ever been like this.
