The posters making absurd attacks on the president are as out of line as the nuke 'em all folks. I'm not sure colonizing the ME is going to make them love us. But I'm not going to say "HAHAHHAHA" at your position, either. I understand some people are frustrated, but I don't understand what they get out of posting maliciously. I simply don't understand the continuing attraction of that. Both sides do it, and I don't understand why one would do it on and on and on, even if it is "simple"- and I do agree that it is simple, in so many ways.
