on CLASS OF 2005, do I feel old yet? no way, EDUCATED

these kids dont read
they barely exercise
they know shit about US or World history
their knowledge of political history is empty
their acceptance of responsibility is pitiful
their pursuit of superficial fads, models, body tattoos, body piercing, and hip trends is much more trivial

their sloppy appearance and ghetto look and purple hair is not just a statement for a new group identity
it is some sort of aberrant FU attitude that goes far beyond
it shows they dont care about themselves
this aint bellbottoms, long hair, and sideburns, but rather has gone somewhat pathological

their only threat to me is their better education on computers, software module creation, internet languages, C programming

but I have done ok keeping up
I feel most vulnerable with lack of C language skills

this new generation is the product of video games, lost art of reading, movie rentals, TV as babysitter, alcoholic and drug addicted pregnancy, divorced parents, colossal McDonalds fat intake, french fries addiction, and much wider obesity

I dont feel threatened by this new generation
I largely feel pity for them
