Haven't missed FInland in many years, however, I missed C-SPAN until they started to simulcast their stuff on internet. Well, actually Finland picked most of the constitution from France, or more exactly the best of the best, especially as that poodle thing still does not have a consitution, but they must, before they join the EMU. Or at a minimum, a good timeschedule, especially on reforming their domestic 2-party system. (they already did it for EU elections) Ilmarinen The poodle-thing obviously only applies mainly for the regions around London City, as both Wales and Scotland already have ther own parliements, North Ireland is another thing they have to sort out very soon, inspite of meddling by both CLinton and EU. (as well as some finns)
