As Ive read a post by some other, the chances are increased for 4 down years when 3 down years have been completed.I suppose you couldnt get 4 down years unless 3 down years came before that?
They gonna try to toast the bears, but to many 401k holders gonna try to cut thier losses and enter fixed income investments.Also a disaster could happen any day so the bears are pretty safe.
