I know! "Misunderestimating" maybe is a useful word sometimes. I think the President is at his best when he's speaking for himself, without a script and without having to keep track of what other people are telling him. He has amassed a grand administration, well qualified in every respect. Some of them qualified to be President themselves. Powell for example.
