If AMD took about half of them, that would be 8 million CPUs per quarter. Add in another 8 million from Dresden and things could get interesting.

I wonder if they would be interested in a part time contractor?

Flexible staffing seems to be the way of the world, lately. I'll bet they'd be delighted to have your help.
