DAK, I imagine that the muni's will have to yield much higher in order to compensate buyers, or the buyers will be ripped off.

Either way, the financing of private balance sheets via federal tax cuts comes in the nick of time to enable raising of state and local taxes, and/or the direct purchase of certain previously 'free and almost free' services (highways, parks, and such).
