You can't be serious. While the South Koreans may dream of reconciliation, I doubt they would seriously consider reunifying with the current government of North Korea. At least not as long as there are people around, who remember the last time North Korea tried to re-unify the country. You consider a man "zany", who would let a couple million of his citizens die of starvation?
