Tom- Regarding the "Tax Plan" and Qualcomm's investments- you wrote>>>.."(Though I believe essentially all have been justified to date - some day they should taper to a close and investments should be justified on a narrower return on investment perspective.)

Recently I posted an article stating that the Nextwave Supreme court decision could be announced TOMORROW. I believe most of us would like to see 1X EV-DO available on a mass scale sooner rather than later. What are your (&the threads) thoughts regarding a further Qualcomm investment in Nextwave and the ramifications of such- relationship with PCS and VZN, etc.? I tend to favor such, but would this be considered a "stab in the back" to PCS/VZN? Could they get around that by making it a "carriers carrier" whereby each could buy capacity on the network as needed?
