Dear John: I understand your feelings, but isnt the Legislature responsible for enacting the peoples laws? If the PEOPLE want the Death Penalty what right is it for the Govenor to overturn the law of the land? Yes, in the case of a specific injustice that comes to light, I understand, but this sure looks to me as though a blanket thing based upon his personal philosophy? jdn
