We probably will halve the advance on NYSE and hold at higher level, forming a base from which future advances will come. An auto deal is probably necessary to get another substantial jump in price from here. Just hope there is no significant disappointment with mid-year when the report is released. No doubt though, OE is substantially better off today than before the Synerject deal. Do think we will be steadily over $1US on ADR's by last half 2003 as OE outlook improves (he says with fingers crossed and a sigh).

q39 or Anyone

Something that I have been wondering about for some time is what about Honda. See my question way back when in message number 4027:

TO ALL:

Is this old news?

Car and Driver magazine....March, 1999 issue....p 64....

in an article reviewing several Minivans.....

.....Honda Odyssey EX with 3.5-litre VTEC V-6 engine with

"a fuel-injection system that uses a burst of compressed air to help

atomize the fuel for more complete combustion."

Whose technology are they using?

Dennis

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Is Honda a user of our technology in Japan without paying royalties or license fees? Are they protected from international patent laws by using the technology only in Japan, but if say they were to use it outside of Japan, then they would have to pay Orbital?

Can anyone answer the question on whether or not Honda is using the Orbital Combustion Process, or some derivation of it, or not at all, either inside Japan or outside Japan?
