real trouble comes when communists join cartel in Columbia I expect financial woes to sink the Columbia govt the new communists will have clandestine ties to the Drug Cartel this is my outlandish expectation communists attained the grip of power in Venezuela why not Columbia, where chaos is just as great? you have drug lords, terrorists, and corrupt govt this is a perfect mix the cartel will provide ready hitmen squads to eradicate political opposition and finances to run campaigns the more the South American continent deteriorates, the more likely communists will make serious inroads and in Columbia, the risk is high that drug organizations will join forces and strike critical pact agreements for cooperation / jim
