you have tickets to the game, now I am really jealous !!!

the hit is clean, he is a runner, and he is subjected to be tackle and hit like a runner, not to mention he is 2 yards from the endzone, you don't expect Dawkins to escort him in, right ...

I did not think the hit had anything dirty written on it, but damn it must have stung a bit. That was a hit.

Overall, I was not overly impressed with the Eagles. I hope it was just a case of shaking off the rust and I think they had better be more prepared for the Bucs. The way the Falcons were playing in the first half, the Eagles should have put the game away much earlier. After seeing part of the 9rs/Bucs game, I think the Bucs might be the team to beat.

Well, since it is the NFC Championship game, I guess they are the team to beat.

BTW, saw you in the stands. Your green paint was running a touch. Loved the sign about Atlanta not being in Lambeau anymore. I laughed out loud when I saw that. Great sign.

was at the game and wanted to at least see a replay before I commented on the "dirty hit" garbage that was tossed around the thread.

Yes, the person who suggested that was wrong. Maybe they are not familiar with nfc east football. Still GD did not need to take a shot at all the women who enjoy football even if their chitchat is sometimes off topic and annoying. Plenty of men are off topic and annoying. They do appear to love football and we are all guilty of an emotional outburst when our team takes it on the chin. GD was right about it being a clean hit filled game but he should understand that fans are biased and need a cool down period to accept the results.
