Ed,

Re: It further confirms the sentiments that the U.S. government is a big loser in world wide public support.

The fools in the Bush Cabal have absolutely squandered the good will that we had after 9/11/01 due to their complete arrogance and treachery. No one who knows anything thinks that there is the least bit of sincerity to the "war on terror(TM)" or the "axis of evil". A speechwriter making foreign policy ferchissakes? What the hell is that all about?

For those who don't know, David Frum, the author of the new puff piece on the Boy King says that he (Frum) concocted the term "axis of hatred" for the State of the Union speech. Somebody on the White House staff then changed this to "axis of evil" and they tossed North Korea onto the list the day before the speech so that it wasn't an Islamic all-star list. Thus we have a goofy speechwriter making terrible foreign policy. Could the Bush team be any more stupid?
