Don Earl,

The thing to look out for is forward cash burn. If you can do some homework to predict when this will get down to a reasonable level, you can earn quite a profit. If a company has any degree of competence (which many don't), it will get its cash burn down to a reasonable level.

ENWV laid off 40% of its workforce. Unfortunately, they didn't give guidance as to how much this would save on their cash burn. Hence, the reason I didn't buy.
