I'm not vastly bullish, I am bullish for the time being though. I really do think the new leaders for tech were established in october and the chances of those hitting new lows is practically nil at this point. I guess this happens after every bear, in the early 90s IBM took a dive I know after that correction (or bear whatever) and new leaders took over. Maybe thats what we have here.

it's an error on both sides -- SI is simply not reliable for sentiment -- anybody trying to look at this and think it's indicative of something useful is fooling themselves. OTOH -- sentiment is very bullish -- many are buying the statistical arguments -- "not since the great depression has there been 4 down years in a row" -- at least they are buying it to the extent they hold on to positions.

Near term I agree we could have one more pop
