The current/outgoing Governor Ryan of Illinois is a Republican (apparently in name only). I just saw on Fox news that of the 167 death row guys, all but three have not been let out; they have had their sentences commuted to life w/ no parole possibility. The other three only have the possibility of parole after some period of time. Ish should know the correct version of the events, him living in Illinois. Someone might have to go get him out from behind the bushes outside the prison gates. He's waiting for the killers that are not being released. Stop him before he shoots an innocent or two. <ggg> Chas edit: Palindrome grub :)
