I provided a link and text which quite readily debunked any argument you may have.

First, you need to learn the difference between an opinion and an argument. My opinion is that so long as justice is faulty, death a permanent and rather final condition, and there being no conclusive evidence - unless, of course, you've finally come up with some? - that innocent people haven't already been executed (a fact that you essentially supported in the below post)...

([T]hree types of cases: trial error, additional evidence for living convicts, and cases where, upon review, the executed convict might have been innocent.

...I'm opposed to capital punishment.

In addition and far more importantly, if you're saying...even suggesting...that this single article:

abcnews.go.com.

in any philosophical permutation supports this grandiose statement:

In the last 50 years, there has not been a single case where an executed person was later proved innocent.

...then I duly submit that you've brought the intellectual equivalent of a toothpick to a like-styled gunfight. In other words, that you're far too stupid to help yourself. Capiche?
