There is a col. Ken. some? thing... spokes person on military for msnbc (of course they have a dozen),, this morning he feels we will pull some troops out of South Korea.. He says we have many locations in the area to put them. ( Islands)
He did say some ,,, not all.

The question is whether South Korea even wants us there. If not, we should go.

Same with Germany.
