No. You pick the case. There are cases where there are masses of irrefutable evidence indicating the accused is guilty.

The Davis case is a good one. The other girl at the sleep-over identified Davis as the man who came through the window and took Polly. The cops stopped after the kidnapping in the area where the body was found. He later led cops to the body after they could not find it.

And he confessed.

But he's innocent?
