Well, not anything of the specific doing of Bush, just that 2-party system and all
its little (well known) peculiarities.

Note, if really dictatorial, the 2-party system can or could work, floating high above the
maybe voting masses, but after the telecommuncation act of 96, removing the federal demand on
something like fair content of AM-radio-stations, and the Murdoch-Newt deal on
the FOX-channel (just to name some)

Ouch,ouch extending voting, replacing inclusive with exclusive, making some historical
compromises, and a dysfunctional media... although "the 2-party system has served USA well"
(that was in terms of the civil rights, which would not have been possible otherwise)

Dilemma, as it has been called since the early 60s.
