meaningful research into DP cases would require that the researcher has unfettered access to all of the evidence. This simply isn't reality, either through official denial of access or through the simple fact that the evidence no longer exists. DNA evidence has cleared quite a few people in the past couple of years, unless DNA tests can be performed on all of the past execution cases, I would contend that you are accepting something as fact based on a insufficient information. grub
