2nd Half Recovery forecasts remind me of Bill Buckner gig at a Halloween Party a few years back, I saw an outrageously funny outfit worn by a RedSox fan it had a ball lodged just behind the person, but frustrating stuck out of his reach between his legs that is what this tired old economic forecast reminds me of endless 2nd Half Recovery bullshit if it dont happen, then push it out another six months or push it out until the 2nd half of the next year then the next year the illiterate might bite, but fewer have remaining funds just like Buckner, through the legs once again / jim
