Well in a case like that if i shot the individual, and IF it turned out he really was guilty[!], i'd expect you to buy me a beer and sing for he's a jolly good fellow, that must be said ... but we're not talking individual action here, we're talking about that which the state is permitted to do to its citizens ... absolutely 'nother thing entirely

On principle, the state must not be permitted the right to take life ... but even before you get to that, it is completely impractical, costs way too much and you end up snuffing innocents [and don't give me that crap that you don't snuff innocents, because you snuff enough, and for sure you'll get some wrong]

... and btw, i didn't advise giving any of those perqs, i said warehouse them ... and we've got plenty of our own thank you ..... you know, if you people were to wise up in re this pathetically stupid 'war on drugs', you'd be overall better off ... something like half of all humans imprisoned worldwide are in the US [from memory, can't remember where i read that, but the proportion is absurd, in any case]
