It sure would be absurd if that was what was happening. As usual you are completely misinformed and spreading lies.

The UN has proof of WMD from the last time they were in the country. The UN has now told the Iraqis to document how and when these weapons were destroyed.

No such documentation has been forth coming. Saddam and his gang are defying the UN and the world. If they don't stop they will be removed.

it's phony to require Iraq to prove a negative, i.e., "prove you don't have any weapons, or we'll kill you". That's absurd even to a schoolchild.

The American public are starting to come around. PBS's News Hour had a couple segments with real people commenting and quesioning our war lust tonight. More intelligent skeptics than idiot hawks. It was a gratifying change from the usual White House propaganda.
