I thought so to, so that is part of the "Mull." It would have to be done as part of a settlement with NK, not on a unilateral basis. Pay them off, and pull the troops.

I really can't believe that they are going to start a war with South Korea over this. The NK Generals have to know they and their families would all be dead within 30 days. Put a fleet of B-52s, (God, what a great Bomber!) back on Okinawa and level the place if they jump off. China would be nuts to let things go that far.
