How about all that flap down in Puerto Rico about the Vieques range? How about the flap that the environmentalists are raising about the Department of Death's request to be relieved of all obligation to comply with the nation's environmental laws on all military reserves, an area equal in size to 25 Conneticuts. You better believe the Department of Depravity bombs empty ranges and oceans for fun and profit.
