Ted, <Any person who thinks dubya listens to the polls any less than Clinton did is a fool.> There's a difference between just listening to polls, and basing your entire policy on what the polls say on the issues. It seems to me the Bush's Iraq policy changed considerably when the polls came out. Besides, weren't you defending Clinton's poll-based politics in the past? Why is it such a sin now? Huh?
