Hawk, I dont understand the logic here. In a crude sense if I were to follow that logic, I could say "Canada does not deserve to be a separate country, it is almost like the US in many respects"...

IMHO, the Palestinians have a right to form their own country. They also have a responsibility to be abiding by normally accepted laws, and respect those laws.

One of the first things I was taught in civics class in school was "with every right, there is an associated responsibility".
