If he and the UN team themselves discover incriminating evidence the world would believe it more than evidence supplied by US intelligence. Couldn't that be an obstacle?)? Blix said the various time frames may collide. What does that mean? We couldn't risk 100+ inspectors lives in a premature attack, obviously.
