<We are going into Iraq based on his violations of disarmament agreements>

Correct me if I am wrong : the agreement was between Iraq and UN. So, any action would be by UN approval. Why do "we/US" want to go in without UN approval ?

RE:"We are going into Iraq based on his violations of disarmament agreements. No "Credible evidence" needed. He has to prove he does not have the WWD that he had 4 years ago."

How can you base your accusation on - non-compliance with the UN resolutions - and base your PREEMTIVE unilateral war on - UN - irrelevance -?

PS: OPSS ... Kumar already ask the same.
