What I have read the last few days has suggested that they may make some Bartons at .13 micron but, only if needed. Nothing is planned at smaller geometries. I have also read that UMC's yields are so poor at the moment (10 to 20%) that AMD is probably hoping that don't need to. I don't have the links but, that is what I've read off of The Inquirer (.net not .com) and Xbitlabs over the past few days.

Xbitlabs just posted an article explaining the current status of AMD/UMC.
