BTW : If a bilateral agreement between Iraq and US exists, what does Blair have to do with it ? None of his business, as US could do whatever it wants, for breach of a bilateral agreement.

Legally, nothing. Politically, a lot. Have you noticed that Bush depends on him not only to be an ally, but to make the case for invading Iraq? Blair can't do that if his government falls, can he?
