I assume, you are saying so because the money has been already supplied so the raw material is there already... well, yes, possible, but unless we have an economic upturn... i simply don't see it.

on the other hand... (a scary thought) if the economy does turn up... then the fed, at some point will raise interest rates... and then there will be many who will not be able to fully service the debt incurred.... which in turn that could also be a damper in any meaningful recovery...

I think all this is/becomes quite complicated and impossible to really predict accurately what will happen.
