I can't follow this discussion but just in case somebody really wants to know,
OEM= other equipment manufacturer, this would be where sun buys brocade switches, puts Sun label on them and sells them as Sun products

reseller= this is where Sun professional services put together Brocade products in a bundle that includes Sun systems assuming Sun is the primary vendor

the first arrangement is generally more profitable, but I have seen cases where OEM deals can be damaging wrt corporate IP esp in software... Siebel starts selling some small companies analytics package as an OEM siebel product and 6 mos later... voila they come up with one of their own! :-/ thats software though.

brocade 5.85 in ah looks like, nice to pass heavy resistance at 5.80 (I know, ah doesn't count)
