Hard to say what is up. I don't think things are that bad, due to the fact that many shares have been bought at .11 so there is some accumulation going on otherwise the price would have totally cratered.
I wonder what will be in their side of the legal action, and what happens to the price when they file it?
TRIB is looking lousy too.

At any rate, I am more interested in what INTC has to say after the close. I either make a decent return with my QQQ puts or I eat them.

Jim, I'm in with you @ .12 my best price to date. Let's hope it doesn't get much better on XTRN. A thought on it is maybe it's a trade off for them 1000's of shares for 100's of 1000's of shares. Who knows. I talked to the company a while back and have been a pretty strong believer in something good coming from them. But like I said who knows. CGCP getting a little pre-open pop.
