History is FULL of examples of nations and empires laid low by run-away spending and subsequent debasement of the currency. From Rome, to the Spanish Empire, to the Dutch, the French... the examples are almost too numerous to count. And you - foolish boy - claimed there were no examples of harm done by deficits... anywhere. Why don't you feed your mind sometime... and actually read a book? You could start with Reagan's speeches... he frequently outlined the dangers of run-away deficits.
