So you'd prefer that they victims relatives and buds go and grab the perp and kick the $$$$ out of him until he's dead? Yes. I personally have less discomfort with that happening than all the implications that come with the state having control of that facility. Say they decide to build a homemade rack and SLOOOOOWLY pull him apart alive. Does this still apply? Does what "still apply"? I'm not saying that such acts would be legal. What I am saying is that I personally have less an issue with vigilantism than with the Bureaucratic Mistake Machine having anything to do with the process. LPS5
