Good "Fisking" of Cheney. Dick Cheney does not make a move without Bush's approval.

That's an interesting twist. I thought the conventional wisdom was that Cheney was the ventriloquist, that Bush did not make a move without Cheney's approval.

Do we have a new conventional wisdom? Convert whichever gets attacked into the Charlie McCarthy of ventriloquism.
