Segue-
But I saw a great program on the Shakers once. Did you ever see "Hands to Work and Hearts to God"? It was on PBS and was an excellent program. The problem, of course, was that the Shakers didn't reproduce. Kind of killed their communes. The Quakers and Amish appear to be ok with reproduction, even if they don't vote.
