You're right, it was George Bush's evil plan to move electronics manufacturing to S.E. Asia a decade ago. Jabil Circuits actually consulted with him prior to deciding where to open sites. The heads of American textile industry ten years ago used time travel and mind reading in combination to read Bush's mind IN THE FUTURE when they decided to close up shop in the US and move sourcing to Mexico, the Caribbean, SE Asia, and India. Union labor had nothing to do with it. In fact, I bet the current movement of manufacturing from Mexico to China is Bush's evil also, huh? I mean, you better inform Vicente Fox about this, I am sure he will be indebted to you forever. He might even appoint you to be his chief economic advisor.
