48 ET SYMC Symantec guides Q4 and FY04 above consensus (45.94 -1.40) -- Update --
On call, says it expects revenues in Q4 (Mar) of $370-390 mln (Multex consensus $350.2 mln) and EPS, excluding acquisition costs and one-time items, of $0.45 at the mid-point of revenue guidance (consensus is $0.39).. for FY04, expects revenues of $1.650 bln (consensus $1.52 bln) and EPS of $1.88 (consensus $1.74)
